We do hope you are happy with your purchase however if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused and in a saleable condition within 30 days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If you receive goods from us and they are damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order and we will replace them free of charge.
